With a story rooted in resilience, determination, and heart, this Tampa Bay real estate professional brings far more than market knowledge to every client experience. As a cancer survivor of Chronic Myeloid Leukemia, she has developed an unwavering mindset—never giving up, no matter the challenge. That same perseverance now fuels her commitment to helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest transitions: buying or selling a home.
Originally from the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, she has proudly called the Tampa Bay area home for over 30 years, giving her deep local expertise and a true understanding of the lifestyle, neighborhoods, and opportunities the region offers.
Before entering real estate, she built a meaningful career in the medical field, working with pediatric traumatic brain injury patients. She holds an Associate of Science degree in Social and Human Services from St. Petersburg College, along with a certification in Addiction Studies. In 2022, she graduated with honors from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Community Science, majoring in Criminology with a minor in Forensic Behavioral Science—bringing a unique level of empathy, communication skills, and problem-solving ability to her real estate practice.
As a single mother of two amazing children, she understands firsthand the importance of finding not just a house, but a place to truly call home. Having moved frequently throughout her childhood, she deeply relates to the emotional and logistical challenges that come with relocating—whether across town or across state lines.
Her background as a competitive athlete—including district championships in swimming and track & field, along with experience in competitive dance, cheerleading, and basketball—instilled discipline, teamwork, and a strong work ethic that continue to define her approach today.
Real estate has always been part of her life. Raised in the industry by her mother, Kathie Lea, she grew up watching the business firsthand—even helping study for a real estate exam at just 10 years old. Today, she is proud to carry on that legacy, working alongside her family and a dedicated team in the Tampa Bay market.
Outside of real estate, she enjoys archery competitions with her son and is a passionate sports fan—especially football and hockey.
She specializes in first-time homebuyers, second homes, and clients relocating to Florida. Whether you’re buying, selling, or simply exploring your options, she is committed to making the process smooth, informed, and successful from start to finish.
We adopt a collaborative approach to deliver exceptional results in the buying and selling of homes. Our primary focus is to help you purchase or sell your home while skillfully negotiating the best price and terms on your behalf.
