My name is Kathie Lea, and I am the founder and team lead of The Kathie Team, a highly successful real estate team affiliated with eXp Realty in the Tampa Bay Area. With pride, I can say that we have established ourselves as the number one team in the region, closing over 1,750 homes. I bring more than 20 years of experience in listing and selling real estate in the Tampa Bay area. Throughout my career, I have specialized in various aspects of the market, including waterfront properties, new home construction, certified buyers and selling agent services, short sales, relocation assistance, and single-family and multi-family investment opportunities. Originally from Southern California, I have lived in Tennessee, and Georgia, and finally made Tampa Bay my home over 30 years ago. Growing up in a military family and having experienced multiple relocations myself, I have a deep understanding of the challenges and importance of finding the right home in an unfamiliar area. I recognize the significance of factors like schools, employment opportunities, and neighborhoods when it comes to making a successful move.
